U8–U10: Grassroots Foundations
A safe and engaging introduction to the game. • Training + Jamboree format • No fixed teams — inclusive rotational model • Club-operated jamborees • Fun, confidence, ball mastery, creativity • Rush Way values introduced early • Rush Grassroots Tournament (U9–U10) for full-match competitive experience This stage ensures children fall in love with soccer while developing essential physical and technical foundations.

U11–U12: Development Program - Building the technical and tactical base needed for competitive play.

 • One-season training model

• More structured technical and tactical learning

• Guided decision-making and positional awareness

• Club-operated controlled scrimmages

• Rush Development Tournament (U11–U12) for full-match experiences

• Transitioning to full Grassroots Jamboree model by 2027

This phase prepares players for the demands of high-level Premier soccer.

U13–U17: Premier Program
