All individuals working with youth at Manitoba Rush FC must complete mandatory screening, including:

• Criminal Record Check

• Vulnerable Sector Check

• Child Abuse Registry Check (provincial requirement)

• Screening interviews for coaches and volunteers

• Reference checks (when applicable)

• Ongoing conduct monitoring and annual declarations

No coach or volunteer may begin working with children until screening is fully complete.
