Manitoba Soccer: Grassroots Model

Program Purpose

To develop essential soccer skills and confidence in a high-quality, inclusive environment that keeps players engaged and improving.

Program Description

Manitoba Rush FC’s Grassroots Program follows Manitoba Soccer’s mandatory Grassroots Model and Canada Soccer’s national standards. Training is delivered through station-based sessions with rotating groups, ensuring maximum engagement, more touches on the ball, and exposure to different teammates and coaches.

Traditional league standings are replaced with festival-style competition, emphasizing development, enjoyment, and learning over results.
