Canada Soccer: Learn to Train


Program Purpose

To consolidate technical skills and introduce tactical understanding while preparing players for increased training demands.

Program Description

The Developmental Program serves as a transition phase between Grassroots and Premier soccer. Training becomes more structured, with a greater focus on skill consistency, positional understanding, and tactical concepts.

Competition is used as a learning tool, with coaches prioritizing long-term development over short-term results.
